Yellow Cab

"I took a cab back to my home from the Phoenix sky Harbor airport. During my cab ride, the driver fell asleep. I looked up and noticed he was going slow and looked in the rearview mirror, and he was not awake. I had to shout at him to wake him up. I tried to call the company to warn them and spent over 30 minutes trying to get a hold of a supervisor without any luck, I hope he doesn’t pick anyone else up today and kill them. I’m lucky he didn’t get in the crash while I was in the car."

"If your drivers drove like Mr 1140 does, ypu should be shut down. Not only did this genius almost hit at least 6 people that I watched, ( including myself) they were also driving in the middle of the lanes like this. I tried to call and give feedback, but after 10 minutes, I just can't wait on hold. This person is EXTREMELY UNSAFE, and DANGEROUS. Hopefully you can do something about this person."

"Mayo Clinic called this Yellow cab to pick up my 87 yr old father from Mayo Clinic emergency room, after a fall, to take him home from the hospital, at 4am, they arrived around 6am. My father a fall risk, was in paper clothes, as his regular clothes were bloodied. The driver dropped him at the gate of our community to walk home. Granted Mayo was supposed give the gate code, The driver made no attempt to call the emergency room or have him call family."

"I rode with a driver (I never got his name but he said he was from East Africa) in vehicle #287 on Sunday February 19, 2023 around 2:30 PM to 4:15 PM. I had just arrived for vacation here from Michigan and had no vehicle, and I had a sick child and needed to get him to an urgent care. After multiple Lyft and Uber rides cancelled on me, I saw this taxi after dropping someone off, and I asked if he could give me a ride. He gladly said yes and assisted me with getting my things in the car. He then drove us safely to the urgent care, waited for us, then drove us to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, and then drove us back to our resort. He was so kind, pleasant, and a safe driver. It was the best service I have had in any transportation experiences and also more affordable. I am so grateful and truly commend this driver for his service to me and my son that day."
