"When they show up late, they speed. If they show up. They're rude and the vehicles are sub-par and that's if they don't break down in transit."

"My mother is currently wheelchair bound. We have unfortunately had to use this company as transportation to and from her appointments. They somehow always manage to be EXTREMELY late. She’s had to wait for hours literally like 4 hours to be picked up from her appointments. Missing therapy not only effects her progress but it also costs a fee. She’s missed countless appointments, therapy and doctor appointments. The customer service is absolutely awful. They’re rude and give you false timeframes."

At the end of the phone call I told her “thanks for your help” and she hung up on me. I hope this company can speak to their employees about the importance of good customer service.
