"Called at 6pm on Wednesday, for a reservation Thursday morning at 7:30am. When they didn't show, I called them and the dispatcher kept me on hold for over 20 minutes. She was rude, and my taxi didn't show up until almost 8. The drivers are usually nice, but the dispatchers just suck."

"I will never recommend this taxi company is the worst ever I been at tapatio resort for 7 days and today Monday January 1 2024 I needed to get to the airport at 9 pm and I call then to schedule a taxi to pick me up at 7 pm and I get to the lobby and call them to remind them them that am ready to be pick up and they said to me that no one wasn't able to pick me up so that was it the person had np word to explain to me so please be careful with this company"

"Wouldn't recommend The taxi arrived 15 minutes late and the driver told me to not yell even though I was giving him directions at a normal volume. When my mom told him to not talk to me that way he decided to leave her with me instead of taking her back home like he was suppose to. When my mom called back the taxi number the person said that the driver said we were being very rude to him even though we weren't. After this experience I will not be getting their service. The only reason that I'm giving this 2 stars is because he at least got me to my destination."

"Good bilingual drivers , always on time never leave you hanging, when I need to get somewhere on time I call on them they take cash or debit card for the people who domt want to go through with the whole process of setting up a Uber or lyft..."
