"We had found a need to use a medical transport service because the ambulance could not go to the hospital we needed to go to. We were very nervous & not sure what to expect but we were surprised and extremely impressed with Royal. Not only were they easy to work with, they also provided a quick pick up & drop off with reasonable pricing. We have used them for every self pay transport and have met 5 of the drivers, each one just as impressive as the others. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable & safe!!"

"Worst company I have dealt with! They scheduled my mother in-law’s ride for 7:30am it is now 8:36am and no one has come! The Owner is now ignoring my calls and my mother in law had to cancel a very important doctors appointment that was I necessary due to her health. I will never use this company again! I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Completely disgusted that the owner is choosing to not accept responsibility and answer my calls!! Maybe this review will help him focus on his client’s needs!"
