"I ordered new temple tips for my sunglasses and there was an issue with delivery ( not their fault) and i would have waited an additional 2 weeks after reordering. I spoke to Lindsey at the park place location and she found a pair at another store and they were shipped immediately. I had them in a couple of days. She is very kind, truly cares about customers and I am so glad she was there to fix the issue. Never had a bad experience at this store. Thank you!!"
