Finally one AT&T agent told him, "You have to go to an AT&T store to fix that." I went to the E Broadway store and was met by a pleasant, smiling MariaJose. I’ve been told so many different things by the insurance company and over the phone AT&T reps, I went to this store because it was close to me. Walking in Axell was very nice and kind. I explained my situation and he kindly had me take a seat to let Kevin who was with another customer help me. Also the customer service I received in this store was the best. All the employees here go above and beyond.
