Darren was prompt, diagnosed the problem and explained clearly why my pool lights were not working while offering proper solutions to correct those problems. Also, I would like to thank the office staff as well as Ms. Jeanette Lewis, the office manager, for being flexible in scheduling the service call. I feel the estimate to repair the lighting problems was fair with no surprises or shock increases to the est. cost upon completion of the work. I just wish all service calls would go this smoothly. A day prior to my appointment I was given a 4 hour window and the day of I was given a 20 min window. Darren was in time and completed all the work. Afterwards he asked if I needed anything else and I told him I’d like a quote on some equipment. Unlike many other service providers, he actually sent me the quote within a few hours.
