"Worst customer service of any company there's a reason Superior Pool Products is always busy and there is never anybody at this store I have had an account there for over 15 years that I used to use quite a bit but then one of my employees that did most of the work was offended so he stopped going there and only went to Superior I thought I would give them a try and went in today because they were on my way and was met at the door and instantly told wear wholesale oh me to which I replied yes I know this that's why I'm here then he just kind of walks away I have to chase him down and then ask him if I can buy stuff from him or not so he looks up my account and says look like you have not had enough activity we're going to need you to fill out new paperwork I explain to him the reason there's no activity is because they were rude to my employees and they started going somewhere else he shrugs like he doesn't care which is obvious he doesn't and tells me that I will need to go online and fill out paperwork I promise I will never go online and fill out paperwork for this company again I hate filling out paperwork of any type in fact this is one of only two reviews I've ever left anywhere on my life good luck surprised if your door stay open for much longer but to each their own as for me my employees and any other person I come in town contact with we will not be coming there"

"Tried to apply for the "last job" as they advertised but they had covid restriction notes on door so I politely knocked and as I can clearly see individuals sitting around looking towards me and didn't have the decency nor professionalism to come and address why I was knocking and as that was happening another individual parks and walks past me into the building and as if that wasn't enough they still didn't come to the door. That was a clear sign of the type of inconsiderate people and poor business practice to avoid working for."

"I think that this is a very nice place to do business... Their prices are very reasonable.. they claim to be a, as stated on their invoicing. But you can't buy calcium hypochlorite. If they had it there I wouldn't have to go down the street to the other guy to get it. I think they should sell calcium hypochlorite so they can be true to their word and be a One-Stop shop. Their bathroom is really good. There's only room for one person and has a functioning lock. And that's it thank you"
