"I have been shopping at Leslies since 2004. I purchased a skimmer weir door and it was the wrong size. I was told if that was the case to bring it back and swap it. Turns out it was so I did. When I brought the one I purchased back because I used my rewards of $16, they made me pay the $16 during the swap even thought the returned product was not damaged and the same price. So don't use your rewards unless you know you are going to keep the item. Weird store policy on an even exchange less than an hour later."
