"Nice area to hike. Quite a few miles of trails around cool rock formations. Looking at a map or bringing one on your phone is probably a good idea. We saw people biking and hiking but it also looked like there had been praise recently."
"Plenty of options for this whole network of trails, so you can go for a short stroll or a long hike. There are two trailheads, one with a restroom and one without. The one GooglMaps took us to is the one without, the southern one. The loop we did was very easy and flat. We encountered a herd of cattle but they were the debonaire type. There are very pretty rock formations you walk by."
"The start of the trail had a lot of loose large rocks, so bring the proper shoes for it. After that short walk it becomes very smooth. It is well maintained and has signs to keep you on the trail you like. Monolith Garden trail is close to 10 miles long, but there are many shorter trails in the area. Lots of scenic areas and the lava rock formations are beautiful. Don't turn back too soon, you'll be rewarded greatly with patience."
"Trails good for hooking or biking. If your biking, the rocky trail is suited to full suspensions, but if all you have is a hard trail you'll be ok, your spine will absorb the jolts. Beautiful terrain, cool rock formations. Well worth the trip."
"This was a really great excursion to get out of the car and stretch your legs for a couple hours. I didn't look carefully enough at the map before I went so I ended up walking quite a bit further than I had planned. There are sections that look a little bit like a miniature monument valley. My cell phone pictures do not do it justice. Definitely bring water and prepare, there's essentially no shade. Thoroughly enjoyable few hours if you stop often taking too many pictures."
