"I'd give a zero star if possible. I bought a laptop from them, paid the extra $100 for the warranty. We'll 8 months later, the computer doesn't want to work, I have problems every day. So I call. First of all, it takes hours to get someone on the phone. Secondly, the lady was the absolute worst with customer service. Cut me off, yelled over me. Absolutely unprofessional. When I finally got her to stop yelling at me, they won't do anything because I didn't keep my receipt, 8 MONTHS AGO! Then what was the point in giving them my information for the warranty?? They can't look it up? Nope. I just wasted $500 on a computer from them because I can't get it fixed or return it. You'll be better off and spend the extra $200 at best buy. At least they keep records of your purchases unlike Walmart, they just want your money. Save your time and money, go ANYWHERE else. Good thing I've already cut out most of Walmart in exchange for Smiths, do yourselves a favor and do the same. Smiths is cheaper plus coupons and deals. Walmart does not care, never has anything does anything except the bare minimum and this just confirms it. I will never step foot in Walmart again."
"Only reason giving 1 star is due to 1 employee. Yesterday 3/16/2024 about 4:45pm I went through the self check out on side close to pharmacy. I am a spark driver and since only had a small amount of items for a shop for a customer I went to that one to scan since close to door needed to go out. It said good to go on my phone and the lady with blonde hair working the section at the time was extremely rude to me. She was harsh in how she spoke to me when telling me it didn't show cleared on her little hand held. I showed her it said good to go and she still proceeded to give me attitude. That is not good customer service in the slightest!"
"Management isn't helpful and even rude. My mom and I had over $300 worth of clothes, toys, etc we were purchasing for my son's birthday. My mom and I went through the self checkout since we would be making two separate transactions, while we were scanning our items we had two employees over our shoulder implying that they assumed we were stealing. My mother is a 55 yr old woman in a wheelchair and was extremely offended by such accusations. My mother asked to speak to management and when the manager came to speak with us she was beyond rude and was also implying that we were stealing after we scanned our last item the manager stepped over my shoulder suspended our transaction, grabbed the transaction receipt and told us that she would have to take us to a register to pay. I even reached in my wallet pulled out my money and showed her that I had plenty of money to cover the $300 transaction. After being in the store shopping for over an hour my one year old became fussy and was on the verge of throwing a fit. The manager proceeded to scan the receipt to pull up the transaction and then told us that she would need to go through our bagged items to make sure all items were scanned. At this point I stepped in and told the manager that she has beyond embarrassed us and that we don't want anything. She then laughed and said that it was "policy" to my knowledge the "policy" doesn't consist of embarrassing customer, and making a complete scene in front of what felt like the entire store......"
"Great selection. I'm shocked at how many things are locked up. Penlight flashlights had to be unlocked in the sporting goods section. Stopped in the automotive section to inquire if they had the regular bottle of Marvel's mystery oil. The associate was standing in the automotive section. His reply was, "If you can't see it on the shelve, and you look up on the top, we don't have it." He just stood there staring at me. Then I went to the cosmetics section...Wow! So many items had a lock or security strip on them. I needed cotton pads for removing makeup. and a hair brush. You are required to check out all your products at the cosmetic register. Then you have to wait as you try to exit. The associate wants to see your receipt. I can understand needing security. However, when you hand the associate your receipt, they just look at it. They don't check it against what is in your cart. I understand stores are struggling with theft. The loyal customers should not have to go through so much hassle from one department to another , trying to purchase items and find someone to unlock cases for a 9.99 penlight. While the store was fairly clean, it needed someone to take the trash out of the carts. In a pinch, I would return if I really needed something . I have visited many wallmarts across the country, with helpful associates, and clean stores. With a great selection, where you can get items off the shelves that are not under lock and key."
"Absolutely horrible customer service! I bought a Christmas tree there yesterday morning it was half off when I went home to set it up the stand was missing so I took it back to exchange it for the same exact tree and they said that tree was discounted and I had to pay full price for this tree mind you it was exactly the same! So they would not honor their prices!! They put the tree in discount because it was a return missing pieces and they should have stated that on the box!! Of course no one wants to actually help you there so be extremely careful when buying discounted prices from kingman Walmart they are discounted because they are defective not because they are trying to get rid of last year’s product!"
