"This has got to be the worst elementary school by! The front office staff has the worst attitude! They get frustrated at the site of people walking through that door!! They roll their eyes once the door opens! Worst front office staff ever! This place needs some serious staff changes.. it’s like they feed the bitchiness from one staff member to another. The worst staff member by far is Amy White. Very rude to the children, rude to the parents. And Mrs Ratliff is Amy’s side kick so good luck trying to tell on Amy White since her and Mrs Ratliff are BFFS nothing gets done about Mrs White attitude! This is the first year so hopefully school officials realize they need to change staff and quick!! I can’t say enough great things about the teachers though.. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!! Great teaching staff!! Just get that stupid low life office staff together or fire them all! They suck"
"My child is a student at this school. The office staff is unprofessional and HIGH on Arrogance. I walked into the office one morning to setup a parent teacher meeting as requested by my child's teacher. The lady I spoke with was giving me attitude and slammed the paper down and said with an attitude, "YOU NEED TO FILL THIS FORM OUT", like I was suppose to already know what needed to be done. When I walked my child to the lineup field for the sunrise ceremony to meet the teacher, it seemed like the teacher was more into her looks and trying to impress the dads that were there, then worrying on the what the students were doing. While I was waiting to meet the teacher I saw 3 boys attacking 1 boy while they were in line waiting to go inside. I brought it to a teachers attention (not my child's teacher) interrupting her selfie moments and she brushed it off like it was a normal thing. The boy being attacked was on the ground crying in pain. I walked up to check on the boy and the other 3 scattered. The teachers did nothing at all about it. Afterwards I walked back to the office to speak with the principal about what I just witnessed. Once again, HIGH Arrogance staff members walks up to the counter and said, "Again.. What is it now?" I ask to speak to the principal on what I saw and the teachers not doing anything about it. She responded: The principal is on an off campus meeting. You have to come back when she's here. When I asked when that would be? She told me, she is not her secretary and doesn't even know when she'll be back. Does a complete 180 and walked away. This school has people working here that doesn't care. I can't wait until this school year ends and I enroll my child elsewhere. This is a disgraceful and disrespectful school to be attending. The last school my child attended was only two miles away and this school is seven miles away from my home. How is this the closest school to be zoned for?"
"My daughter has been attending this school since it has open. Very nice school but staff and teachers can do way more better on caring for the students. They allow my daughter that is only in kindergarten to walk way from the back of the school to the front alone to the office by her self, which to me is not safe .Thank god her father is a police officer but if something was to take place with her at that school we wouldn't know until after the fact smh. Their excuse were the school is gated that doesn't mean much. They make the children take off jackets in rainy weather than complain on the kids that doesn't show up to school because they are now sick. With them being so young I feel teachers and staff should be reminding students to put back on their jackets. I feel that the school is not that great ive seen better. Her last elementary preschool that she have attended was way more safe and teachers and staff were excellent and that was at cox elementary school .The only reason I have chosen this school was because at the time it was a new school with no reviews. Also my daughter has been bullied and office staff squeezing on her arm which needs to be explained. I have called the principle but I think I need to take these issues to ccsd."
"Great school, wonderful atmosphere. My daughter's teacher Ms Mota has been so helpful with my child. Also the office staff is always friendly. Thank you Josh Stevens for all that you do."
"Can't thank mrs. Chaney enough for making my sons beginning of school a good one. He's so happy about being in kindergarten."
