"Scam!!! Please don't rent here unless you want to get ripped off $450-$1000. Rocks are going to get in the jet anyways. This was the worst experience ever. Completely ruined our entire trip when I gave these scammers my money. It's a set up to rip you off! They should get reported to the BBB."

"Did the jet ski rental for one hour for $120 and a $200 deposit. My son and I had a great time. Three days later I got my $200 deposit back. The staff was nice and welcoming. I highly recommend"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The customer service was horrible. Not only did they keep the deposit but also overcharged for any kind of damage that is normal with the rocky shore and how aggressive they are with their old jet skis. I've had plenty of experience with jet skis and own some myself. Decided to save myself from the hassle of it all and regretted it. The "manager" was extremely disrespectful and insulting. It was impossible to talk to him without him making snarky comments or yelling. Ruined the experince at such a beautiful river."

Obie was very friendly and helpful answering all of my newbie questions. He took the time to provide the best guidance to keep rocks out of the jet ski motor. I returned it and checked to make sure every was in the correct order and I was able to continue with my plans. It was hassle free and had a great time."
