"I have never been to this place however trying to get information on having my child attend here they left me on hold for more then 7 minutes and waited till closing time and ignored me on hold. Just in this alone just shows how they view people coming in."
"Maria provided great customer service and was a huge help! Thank you so much!!"
"I left my last session just disappointed, angry, and upset. I had 6 sessions of free therapy due to my work benefits, and I slowly noticed red flags with my therapist. I have been needing therapy for years so I was ready to talk about anything imaginable, but she would mainly have small talk with me and discuss surface level issues which she deemed a “heavy” topic and continued with nonsense chit chat to “lighten the mood.” I noticed her lack of focus, and she tended to put words in my mouth trying to tell me how I felt when it was the opposite. I’m very honest and I understand I have a brick wall around my emotions, but we never made a dent in my issues. What really sent me over the edge was my last session that I PAID for myself. I just sat there as she ranted about her college days and her basically interrogating me about my plans for college. I did not come here for a lecture on how she did full-time college and full-time work because I’m “ONLY taking 3 classes?” College has nothing to do with my childhood trauma and sorry I didn’t match your standards of how college should be done. Then she ranted about grocery stores and self defense. I had the courage to express sexual harassment at work that had been going on for weeks, so naturally she went on her tangent about her life instead of diving deeper with how it’s been affecting me. She had the AUDACITY to say while WALKING ME OUT THE DOOR “so how’s the depression? Is talking about your issues helping?” Maybe it would if I spoke during the session. I feel like I know more about her than she knows about me. Like whose therapy session is this for? You or me? “Remind me to get into that depression next session.” There will not be another session. I called 2 hours after my session to make a complaint. I am unsure if anything will be done about it but I want this to be publicly known Brenda is useless and lacks self awareness."
"This clinic is the best place in town. You can tell that the therapists here really know what they are doing and how to help people. They are open minded and non judgmental."
"I would give negative stars if possible. They are out for your money... if court ordered for only alcohol screening, this place will take it upon themselves to order other classes they charge you for with threat of "noncompliance" by the court and jail. Anger management is nowhere in the plea agreement, but this is where they get you."
