"I have had a great experience with all 5 of my kids here starting since 2015 and 100% trust my child with this dentist office. I don’t understand the negative reviews, They maybe aren’t known for “ superior”customer service but they do strive and are the best in town when it comes to knowledge about what they are doing. Are you trusting your child with a Dentist because he is “friendly”? Or will you trust somebody who has experience, knowledge and knows what they are doing with your kids teeth ? If so this is the place to come. Bedside manner aside Dr. Cullen is the best when it come to children’s teeth."

"EDIT: As y'all felt the need to air everything and still lie (and can tell the person responding is the very rude receptionist that others have also reviewed as rude). When we made the appointment over 3 months ago, my husband originally said AHCCCS but later corrected himself when I pulled out the insurance card for United Healthcare. The insurance card has my other son's name on it and I heard him provide you guys the information on the card numerous times. I also heard him repeat and confirm that although the card only shows our one son's name, that our other son is covered on the policy as well. We confirmed then coverage for UHC. He also advised at the time to contact myself, not him for any appointment confirmations since he works a lot and he was still contacted last minute to confirm which of course he doesn't have the card because he was at work. If anything your response proves what I said and I will never recommend this office. -oh and if you didn't already, please cancel my other son's appointment for next month as we will NOT be going. Thx Literally the worst place I ever went to. Front desk was incredibly rude. We scheduled our appointment over 3 MONTHS AGO and provided our insurance details over the phone confirming if we were in network and I was told the DAY OF the appointment that they are indeed NOT in network for either of our kids. Will NEVER refer anyone here. Avoid."
