"If I could put ZERO starts, I will. They make me wait over an hour in the room waiting for the doctor. You could hear from the room what should be private conversations. A lot of chit-chatting from the staff, and I was very frustrated waiting in my room for over an hour. The summary of the visit is that I needed an ambulatory procedure that could be performed in the office and they did not have dates available until 3 months later. I will never come back. I think that if the staff is overwhelmed with patience, that they can not see them on time, they should not accept more patients."
