"This woman is not good enough to be called a provider. Not only did she laugh during my sisters childbirth, she sat there and scolded her about her baby being a big baby and she should have known. She’s not helpful or nice to deliver your child. She was very unprofessional how she speak to people. At the end of the day, she’s a rude provider that needs to be very humble in the field she works in. Too bad google can’t do ZERO stars. Please find other place to get care, and not have the type of negative experience my sister had, giving birth to her first baby. Shame on you LASHONDA CARLTON!"

"I have NEVER had a physician LAUGH about a concern I was having that I was very anxious about. Dr. Carlton DID NOT inform me when she was about to insert the speculum NOR when she was about to use the swabs. THIS IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT TO ME as I am very vulnerable and anxious in this state with people I DO NOT KNOW AS I WAS A NEW PATIENT! Dr. Carlton also questioned me about my concern stating that I did not tell her when SHE GAVE ME NO CHANCES TO EXPLAIN IT! I am highly upset and disturbed that this occurred. Not only with the MA, but the doctor as well."
