"Absolutely awful! I thought paying fees would get me quality vacations. Boy was I wrong. After spending time insuring they knew exactly what I want and need they booked me into a cabin on a cruise MONTHS ahead of time that was nothing like they represented or I paid for. Maria, my travel agent, became lazy and neglected to check the arrangements SHE had made. It was a disaster. She ruined what should have been a great trip.
