"Phenomenal travel agency, and the fact that they are local, and take care of you from pickup to drop off at your home makes them stellar. You feel like a VIP during the magical time of traveling."
"Went to Canadian Rockies with this tour, and they did a marvelous job. I was impressed. Signed up for Best of England, Ireland and Scotland in July 2023 on February 24, 2023. Quoted $7,420 plus $498 for insurance. March 24th they advised we could cancel or have 2 options. Either $2,000 more for better flight plan or $500 with many layovers on the way there and back with overnight stay in Albuquerque arriving a day later. Paid $2,000 plus $120 for insurance. Total now $9,54. Albuquerque clients were not charged additional amounts. One passenger paid $6,000 because she was rooming with one tour guide. Spent many hours on bus. One tour 3 hours there, 3 hours back. Drove same way back next day. Travel time was exhausting. Hotels should be closer to venues. People allowed on tour who did not have capabilities to keep up. We lost 2 venues because they were so much slower. Reward given for lost venues, was one additional glass of wine at a dinner. What?? One client urinated on the bus seat. He was seating in front of us. Lady on walker very demanding and loud. She changed the happy climate of passengers. Tour guides should have dealt with them IMMEDIATELY. We all felt obligated to help them. One nice hotel, then a not so nice one. Restaurants not investigated enough. Some food was inferior and we had French Fries 4 dinners in a row. Our breakfasts were awesome. No hearing devises supplied for us while inside venues. We had to read information and not enough time given to see all. Could not finish tour at Beatle Museum and no time for gift shop. Less time on bus would have given us more time at venue. Wrote letter of complaint 7/21/23. Received answer 9/2/23 after many phone calls to them. I requested refund of some sort. No answer on that. I don't believe the new owners researched enough and we lost a lot of valuable money for their incompetence. I am so sad I did not enjoy all my trip which was on my bucket list. Pleasure Bent should do better. I will never use them again. What a shame."
"This tour company is unique in its personal touch and concern for individual travelers, who enjoy international or regional American journeys. The small, locally-owned team creates intimate tours that span enough time to get a sense of a place without having to worry about planning or details."
"I thoroughly enjoyed my two day tours in the area. Our guides have so much information to give on history, the sites and whatever else comes up. Bus driver was wonderful and safe, snacks and lunches on each tour was more than wonderful and the company itself it so easy to work with. Plus it seems like there are some regulars that take the tours and everyone is very nice."
