"Dr. Pass failed to see the signs of my developing preeclampsia. My last visit with him before giving birth, my blood pressure was elevated, I had severe swelling in my legs and feet, and I told him I gained over 20 pounds suddenly in 2 weeks. He told me swelling was normal and that I need to watch what I’m eating because he didn’t want to deliver “a jumbo baby.” I’m not kidding you. 2 days after that appointment I was in the chandler regional ER and had an emergency induction at 36 weeks pregnant due to severe preeclampsia. He did not deliver my baby, one of the other doctors in the network did. When i went to see Dr. Pass for my 6 week postpartum visit, he had no idea I had preeclampsia and was confused when I told him which tells me he didn’t bother looking at my record of birth. He offered no sympathy, then pressured me into taking pill birth control. My overall experience with him was not good. I chose him because he had good reviews on google, but I was so disappointed in his condescending demeanor. He made me cry after multiple appointments because of his comments about my weight gain. And by the way, after delivering my baby and losing the fluid, I was the same weight I was before getting pregnant. He was so numbers focused and made me feel awful for no reason. He should have recognized the signs of and sent me to the hospital to get checked right then and there. I did however have positive experiences with some of the nurses, specifically Margo. She was so kind and caring and really made you feel heard and understood"

"Dr. Pass Is very understanding and makes you feel very comfortable, didn’t rush me with my questions and took the time to look at my chart and discuss it. The staff is also so wonderful!!!!!"
"I have been seeing Doctor Pass for 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. He is very caring and always willing to listen to what I have to say; my concerns are never brushed off and he takes his time explaining things so that I don't leave the office feeling confused or unprepared. I am confident in my Doctor and I know I am blessed to have him be a part of mine and my growing babies journey."
