"Geepers! I am shocked to see such a poor review for Rainey. I had such an extraordinary experience with her when I was pregnant with my daughter. She was so happy and upbeat and she was attentive to every question I had. I never felt like I was a drive by patient or a # in a lineup of patients she had for the day. She was funny & caring, which made me feel like she was a friend who had my best interest in mind. My husband Really liked her as well because she made him feel so comfortable in Normal conversations. Again, like a family friend! That said, I did have an awful experience with their billing department after I lost my job because I was Pregnant (A lawsuit took place that I won 4 years later). The billing department would not cooperate in getting me the break down of my bill to submit to my attorney for my case! The girl in that department at the time was incredibly rude & refused to give me a break down of my bill Before I paid them which is unheard of. As the patient and paying customer, I had the right to see that breakdown for accuracy of billing alone, but she would not give the info to me. She is the Only reason I stopped going to Rainey & I’ve since moved out of town so it is a far travel, but I will not discredit my experience with Dr. Rainey Millet for the infraction of her Billing department staff."

"One star is even too much. I like to give minus 5 stars, yes that bad. Unprofessional, uncaring and choose. Do not disturb her weekends even if you are in the emergency room and in desperate need otherwise she will cancel you as a patient as she did us."
