"Horrible horrible experience with this office, been trying to get in for a high risk pregnancy only to be treated like rubbish by the rude front desk staff who didn't even bother checking my insurance to verify when I drove 30 minutes to be seen by them(happened twice). I called the insurance card I gave them on the drive home only to be told my insurance was active and one of the offices accepted insurances. Their customer service staff is the worst and I would never recommend them because of the pain and emotional torment they put me through while having to reschedule 3 times and they really didn't even bother to check my insurance when I am dealing with a scary pregnancy and they didn't even bother to do their job correctly. No one answers the phone ever for scheduling at the office so don't bother calling."
