"Dr. Gottfried was great. This was my first time seeing her, she was extremely knowledgeable. She brought up things no other provider had ever mentioned to me previously about birth control, which was great. Her and her office staff made me feel comfortable. They send you lots of reminders about your visit. I will definitely see her again."

"I liked the midwife i saw for my first couple pregnancy visits. Pap smear was also fine. Everything else was 0 stars. Dr Gottfried was rushed and rude at our first visit. Felt very dismissive of my concerns. The office was not good at communicating or helping me with questions. They also cancelled my ultrasound without calling to inform me, showed up and was told about it then. Dr never apologized. I switched to another group and this office sent the wrong form to them. Then didn’t get my records over in the promised time frame. Took them months to properly bill me just for the few visits I had rather than the whole package. Glad i went with someone else ✌️I didn’t want to review while that billing issue was being resolved so this was a while back, but the experience still stands. Go where the team makes you feel comfortable and heard."

"This doctor was awful throughout my entire pregnancy, but the birth was the worst part. First off, SHE DROPPED MY BABY DURING DELIVERY, and one of the nurses had to catch him. Had it not been for that nurse, I would be going after this woman's medical license right now. But before Dr. Gottfried almost killed my newborn, this woman actually decided it was appropriate to leave the hospital right as I started pushing. I was literally sitting there with my son's head crowning out of my vagina and the nurses had to grab a back-up doctor because Dr. Gottfried was apparently hoping to go grocery shopping while I was delivering or something. I couldn't believe it, but considering what came next, I kind of wish she'd gotten stuck in traffic and then my baby could have been delivered by a competent doctor. (Edit: The reply to this review is a lie. Dr. Gottfried even laughed and said "nice save!" to the nurse who caught my son when she dropped him. Believe me, I know my baby was dropped. I was there. I saw it.) It also seemed like she was just determined to find something wrong with my baby, even though all the tests would always come back normal. She scheduled me to be induced a week before the due date, and a couple days before the induction we went in for an ultrasound. The tech didn't put the ultrasound detector on correctly and it fell off, so Dr. Gottfried decided my baby was about to die and we needed to be rushed to the hospital. The nurses did a full ultrasound and looked annoyed when I told them all I had was gestational diabetes and kept saying "I don't know why she sent you here, this baby is fine". Dr. Gottfried marked my pregnancy as high-risk because of one complication that also happens to be the most common complication in pregnancy. We had to pay $400 for that ultrasound, all because Dr. Gottfried's tech sucks and apparently she really wanted there to be something wrong with my baby. She wanted there to be something wrong with him so bad she tried to fracture his skull,, apparently. I have one more follow-up appointment with her but after this I'm done. This doctor is awful and I recommend everyone stay away from her."
