"Yesterday was my first time at the Blessings OB/GYN and Alissa Bachara, the R.N was the best. She took the time to answer all my questions. She is the most sweetest and most professional person I have ever met. The office staff is so nice, they make feel welcomed and the place is so clean. I didn't wait too long to be called in.. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I highly recommend this place."
"Do not put all your trust in Dr.Rana she’s nice but I’m not sure if she knows much. I went to get an estimate measure on the size on my baby so the ultrasound tech kept saying its a big baby I was 38 weeks pregnant and she says my baby is 9 to 10 pounds. So I see Dr.Rana and she says we’re looking at a c-section delivery because the baby is measuring big and my heart dropped this is my first baby and I want to experience the natural vaginal birth experience. So she asked when would I like to schedule the c-section I asked is there anyway I can try to have a natural birth she just said there are to many risk I cried for days had many sleepless nights then she had suggested I get a second opinion and when I went to get an ultrasound sound there they said they are estimating my baby’s weight is measuring 8 pounds. So i trust my gut I call and asked to get on the natural delivery list at this point I’m already 40 weeks and the end of all of this I delivered my healthy baby boy 7 pounds 12 ounces. I couldn’t be happier I would’ve been very upset if I just went along to what Dr.Rana was saying. Also the waiting period is a long time I waiting 3 hours for Dr.Rana one time and the usual wait period is like 1 hour NOTE !!! The Abrazo hospital is very nasty the showers curtains were covered with black mold and the gowns smells so bad !!"
"Doctor Rana is amazing!!! And her NP Alissa. Amazing front desk staff and medical assistants. Highly recommend this place for any OB visits or woman health check ups!! They make you feel welcomed and cared for "
"Blessing in Disguise I was referred to Dr Rana because of the name “Blessing” and she happened to be right across the street from my house so it was perfect or so it seemed! The first appointment, I waited over an hour because I found out from her that she wasn’t even in the building at the time of my appointment but she was delivering a baby. I thought maybe it was a once in a while thing but after reading some reviews, I see that it happens a lot. She seemed nice but she did seem rushed and I didn’t have the best feeling about going back. After almost 3 years, I made some calls for self pay prices and decided to give Dr Rana another try for an annual exam because I figured I’ve seen her before and she was able to get me in the fastest and she was cheapest in price. When I made the appointment on the phone, they seemed nice. The day of the appointment, thankfully my husband was with me but they said it would be double the price I was quoted on the phone and that the labs just changed their prices yesterday (day before my appointment which was today). They did not call me to tell me the price change and I asked them if they can charge me what I was quoted over the phone because that was the reason I chose to see Dr. Rana again. They weren’t able to do it and one of women at the desk was very rude and gave me a bad feeling about the whole place confirming the feeling I already had. The office manager and the other front desk girl were nicer. We ended up leaving and calling another place and I have to say that I am thankful. I already had a bad feeling about “Blessings” but I feel like her and her husband chose names like “Blessings” and “integrity” to attract patients of course. I’m sure they’re nice people but how they are treating their patients is starting to show and they should really work on open communication with patients and investing in their front desk demeanor and customer service. It’s already a vulnerable appointment for a woman so to feel all of this on top of that is not pleasant. I’m thankful it didn’t work out and I can see that not seeing Dr Rana at “Blessings OBGYN” was a blessing in disguise for me. Hope you have a better experience if you decide to see her and Dr, Rana, please consider these reviews and that quality is better than quantity. Better to have fewer patients and give quality care than to be rushed with more patients and to receive a bunch of bad reviews. God bless."
"Dr. Rana is such blessing I was so blessed to have her through both of my pregnancies. She is very caring and knowledgeable. I appreciate her taking the time to explain things to me, although she is very busy. I have nothing but great things to say about her, she’s an amazing OBGYN. The best experience I’ve had with any doctor. Thank you Dr Rana I’m so grateful for you getting my babies here safely!"
