"Forced me to reschedule! Granted I was going to be 10mins late. I called waited on hold while driving there for 10mins to tell them I was coming just 10mins behind. Was told that it was fine to come in only to be called again and asked to reschedule! I was 3min away....7min past my appointment time! So frustrating! Never met this doctor and now never will! I will NOT come back here."

"If I could give this doctor a negative rating, I would. She is by far the rudest, most condescending doctor that I have ever seen and offered zero medical advice/input during our entire visit. In fact, we waited an entire hour just to be talked down to and minimized. I have never been so angry leaving a doctor's office as I was after this visit. It's a real shame as the other doctor I've seen and other medical staff is very attentive, polite, welcoming. If you want a real doctor that actually enjoys her job and cares for her patients, I strongly advise that you keep looking as Dr. Brooks Candela is not that doctor."

"I do not like her at all. She has the worst bed side manor I have ever came across. Very rude and thinks that she is better then everyone around her. She was my OB and I only saw her one time through out my trim and after I had my son, she just came in to my room to discharge me and was very rude. I don't recommend you go with her, I had a horrible experiences with her."
