"I had my 20 week untrasound, but the stenographer decided to not show, so they called me to reschedule. I show up to my rescheduled appointment. They've been calling me to reschedule. Since the stenographer isn't there they send me to the hospital. The hospital won't take us because we have a 7 month old. So we go back to the office to reschedule AGAIN. They won't allow my daughter either. The entire time the lady at the front is blaming ME! For what? Rescheduling! She even put it in the report. I know this because I went to my follow up appointment with my ob next to Ross and the nurses are coming in BLAMING ME and being hostile because I asked for an ultrasound. You guys don't even have a licensed stenographer there. Ive received to VERY POOR photos of my baby. That's it. You guys don't care about anything. They suspect I have PPD they say "oh. One second" the doctor walks out. Sends in a nurse to hand me some dumb questionnaire and walks out. Never see the doctor again. The nurse just comes in, grabs the clip board and says we're good to go. Are you joking? I refuse having my blood drawn a second time for no reason and they try to pressure me into it! Is this a joke? I know absolutely nothing about how my pregnancy is going outside of my own I tuition which has more science and reliability behind it than your cracked out institution. And don't even get me started about my birthing experience with my 7mo. You people are crazy. Attempting to pressure me and my husband into getting vaccines and then pumping trying to tell us that we're idiots because we aren't shoving that garbage into our child. I have never. Ever. Been treated respectfully or with any level of joy or respect at an appointment with the letters YRMC in the name. I had a nurse walk in on us in the middle of our appointment with a doctor, open the door without knocking and just hand me my babies dirty diaper after she had me take it off to weigh and measure and there's no trash can offered to mothers. What? Babies pee and poop you know. The distance she walked to had me a poop diaper was over the distance to give it back to me. At least she knew where the trash was. She told me to throw it away OUTSIDE. You people are crazy. Heartless. Rude. Unemotional robots. I'd rather give birth to this baby in the middle of the desert during a sand storm than in your hospital again. The sandstorm would be more gracious than you people. Get help."
"I never saw the doctor. The midwife was excellent with the nurses. One of the nurse at triage was instructed to put an IV on me and placed it at the wrong site. We had to remove it and another placed it correctly. The nurse who placed the iv wrongly kept telling me am gonna bleed since am African American. I loved the midwife. She came in and communicated everything to me. She is excellent with her work. I think the birth went excellent because of her. She respected my wishes too.The other nurses at the labor unit did an excellent job too. They made me very comfortable since I wasn't taking any medications. They took good care of me. I thank all nurses and midwife for everything they did for me."
"Dr. Kelur is an effective provider because she advocates for the patient’s health and safety throughout the stages of pregnancy and beyond. She makes me feel confident with every step of the way. She makes it known that she’s there to support me. I appreciate her so much."
"I take estrogen replacement therapy. I had a hysterectomy in 1990 and have taken this since then. Today Dr Kelur decided I didn’t need it. She used diabetes and kidneys and anything she could think of not to refill it TODAY. She filled it last year no problem. She created all these hoops like blood work another appointment and all knowing I’m out of the medication. My opinion she is against it for all women. Her solution take “Zolof” an antidepressant. Yea sure I will not see her again and will call the clinic admin about this."
"My OBGYN who is wonderful but also very busy, since I have not been able to get in to see her I thought I would try Dr. Kelur, I can not say enough positives about my appointment with her. She is wonderful! She is very easy to talk to, takes the time to listen, and doesn’t make you feel like you are being rushed out of the room so they can get to their next patient."
