"I received a text from this agency to sign up for insurance I liked the price and coverages in the beginning. However I was never told that I would be charged by the miles and would have a monitor placed on my vehicles. anyways I discover that later after I had paid the six month policy of $1400 up front.. when I called to cancel 2 days prior to the policy starting they apologized for not disclosing the information in the initial sign up and said the would mail me the $1400 dollars. well they sent the check to the wrong address its april 20 its been close to a month and im still short on the $1400 dollars.
