"Everything was great until I went to cancel my policies. There was an error made in cancelling an umbrella policy. No biggie just needed it fixed but when I called to handle it I was so off put by Williams actions to blame me, become overly defensive, and demean me. Its not like I was mad or even upset the error had been made I was just looking to see what needed to happen next. Not sure whether he was just having a bad morning or what but I could not get off the phone fast enough I felt so attacked. I feel like leaving a review might encourage him to be more kind."
