"It has a very wierd setup, especially where you turn into sonic from the road. It's confusing and I usually always miss it, & then end up having to go back down the highway, flip a u-turn then come back. They should make a better, more visible entrance sign for sure!"

"Food always good hot and fresh. They are always fast! Except the drive through at times. Much much faster pulling into a spot to order."

"Ordered online. When we arrived our order was bagged and ready to go. Once home opened order and entire order needed to be heated or cooked. Hot dogs were literally ice cold not sure fully cooked. Chicken was cold as well as our sides. Our limeades had no ice so was nasty. Sorry will no longer order or go to Sonic."

"Jonathan is extremely rude and very condescending. I ordered a number 10 combo the price on the menu says 969. There was no mention of ordering a classic lemonade creating an upcharge. There's also no indication on the receipt that the classic lemonade was an additional charge but the combo is more expensive than that listed on the menu. When driving back around and asking about the situation I was told well customers should look at the menu. I suggested that maybe the associate helping customers should explain that there's an upcharge for additional items or changes in items instead of assuming. I don't appreciate the way he handled the situation or the way I was spoken to. Additional training needs to happen at this store immediately."

"Their phones never work or they just never answer the phones. I don't know what they are doing back there, but the food takes forever to be ready. The footlong hot dog I got looked like it had been been sitting cooked there for hours and they tried to reheat it and give it to me. So disgusting. With how long they took I gave the benefit of the doubt that yay I'm getting fresh food, but after seeing this I am completely dissatisfied that I wasted my money paying full amount for food that had just been sitting there for who knows how long.."
