"Super rude employees. I was at Goodyear getting my vehicle serviced. A young lady with an Allstate name tag was inside Goodyear waiting for her vehicle to be serviced. This woman was acting outrageous. She started off as disruptive, then became confrontational and then went straight to belligerent. All while wearing an Allstate badge. She was even making racist remarks about the other folks in the waiting area. She should learn to act right and by all means shouldn't be wearing her work ID when acting like that. I'll certainly never use Allstate when they employ folks that act like that. I just always assumed insurance agents had a higher level of maturity, apparently not Allstate agents."
