"I would give no stars if I could. We have been Allstate customers for 37 years. I recently checked rates elsewhere and ended up canceling with Allstate because we were saving approximately $2200.00 per year going with State Farm with MORE coverage. James hung up without saying goodbye or thank you for being a customer for so long. On top of that, we were asked to send our cancelation in writing. When we did, he did not respond. In following up, he indicated we did not send it from the correct email on file. So we sent it again and asked him to confirm receipt. We didn't hear from him and we called him. He wasn't available and did not return our phone call. We followed up by email and he finally responded with an email that indicated we owed a small amount of money but not what for. In that same email he actually talked about sending clients that had not paid to collections. Following up again to ask why we owed money - no response again. So followed up again. Finally a very short, curt response to our inquiry. Totally unprofessional and obviously took our cancelation personally. Again, clients for 37 years of Allstate. Savings of $2200.00. A vacation. Really?? WOW! Is all we can say. WOW!"

"Never agree to auto payment with this office. Can not be trusted. Customer for 10 years, never made a claim. Office would never send paper bills, took weeks to get a copy of my renewal policies. Recently, while vacationing out of the country they claimed my milewise device in my parked car in my garage was tampered with and over charged hundreds of dollars, problem continued with I reentered the US. Corporate suggest perhaps the device battery died - they insist on charging me over 380$ for their poor device battery life. Cancelled and filling complaints with Dept of Insurance. This is no way to do business. Thank goodness I never had to file a claim. What a headache. (While just noticed alot of 1 star reviews last couple years). There are better companies and agents out there."

"Absolutely terrible service from this Allstate agent. Do not even consider working with James Imbrogno. I’ve been with this exact agency for over 20 years and never had issues until the prior owner sold the agency to James. He has poor etiquette when handling phone calls. I have filed a complaint with Allstate Corporate Office due to his exceptionally poor customer service."

"Been with Allstate for about 20 years home and auto. They always provide great customer service and very good prices. Not always the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. They have always been helpful in any situation and that is why we have stayed with them so long."
