"Very disappointing. After being with Andrea and Farmers for nealry 10 years, we had to file a claim for a lost ring. Denied. Was then told that we never covered our personal items for loss or theft. We had 2 homeowners, 3 auto and an umbrella policy with Andrea. She never once asked us about covering personal items? Lesson learned. Do not trust people because they are a personal referal or have a big name behind them. Farmer's claim process was terrible to deal with as well. Shopped with several other insurers this week. They all asked about what items needed to be covered and what the limits would be. Do not trust this person."
