"She does not even send her own bills it is automatic. The most unhelpful agent I ever had. Hired ecause my HOA hired her. They changed some time ago. She never advised. She compromised me. She mistated information. She never helped me. Rather her ineptnes and lack of any action or guidance hurt me. She never expressed ways to preserve ratings and in fact helped Zero on a claim that Farmers preferred vendor was hard pushed on me and turned out to be insolvent. I sought a different agent and she canceled me. She is vindictive too. Bad businessperson."
