"This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! They never answer the phone lines when you call. They accidentally canceled my entire policy instead of just one vehicle... but it was a blessing in disguise because I went with a new company and my 6-month premium went from approx $6500 to $2600. We called repeatedly to get the matter resolved and waited about 4 days to finally get a call back from Nichole. Nichole blamed Allstate for the issues I had, but I was told by one of Nichole's own that it was she who canceled the policy by mistake. After dealing with the Auto policy, I found out Allstate reported I had 2 homeowners claims, which I did NOT, they are currently correcting that matter as well."

"Worst experience EVER!! I was lied to from the get go on my policy. The youtube ad is a lie about saving money. The person who set up my policy didn't disclose any of which I'm about to list. downloaded the app, then I get a call with 20 days left telling me the app isn't set up properly. I'm then told I need 50 round trip in 20 days. My policy goes up $100. I'm paying almost $400 a month. I specifically asked for windshield coverage. I get a big crack two days ago and I'm told today that I have a $500 deductible......on windshield coverage which was not told to me! Windshield coverage in AZ is supposed to be covered. I've never paid a deductible for glass coverage. They are a rip-off and I'm reporting NICOLE SCHAFFER'S office to the BBB. ALLSTATE IS A SCAM!!"

"Allstate insurance is a scam. I have a perfect driving record. No accidents, no tickets of any kind, no traffic violations, on time payments, great record with their drive wise tracker and my monthly payments still went up significantly. There was no notice that my rate was increasing. My policy auto renewed at the end of the 6 months and the only way I found out my rate was going up is because of an app I have that tracks my finances. They didn't send an email, regular may or anything. The only email I got is that my policy successfully renewed. I have all the discounts available and I am still paying almost $80/m for my car insurance alone. I was previously paying right around $60/m. When I cancelled my motorcycle insurance (because I sold it) they made it a long and arduous process. I even ended up having to pay just to cancel. Given, it was only $12 dollars but I still had to pay to cancel. Other insurances would have been happy to backdate to the date of sale (which was 3 months prior in my case because I forgot to cancel my insurance) but Allstate made me pay."
