"listen, whomever was working the counter was very sweet and doing the best she could with circumstances that were out of her control, but i went to this spot at 11:30 am on a saturday right before lunch rush. right before i paid, i heard one of the cooks say that they were out of chicken. with two types of meat on the menu, on a saturday, during lunch rush, you can imagine this was met well by the cashier. i heard them say they had some chicken in the oven, and the cashier said that my order would be fine (i had just ordered chicken). then i was asked if i wouldn't mind the carne asada, and somehow suspiciously wound up with chicken anyway. for $20 i got the worst taco bowl of my life, and i have been dealing with food poisoning for the last three days. the rice was crunchy and the sour cream was the most flavorful part of the meal. save yourself and go to the bar next door."
"The worst!!! Ordered the tacos miranda. It was supposed to be grilled chicken with cabbage & some kind of Chipotle sauce. I got stale corn tortillas, cold unseasoned chicken out of a bag, iceberg lettuce & thousand island dressing with a side of cold beans & hard rice. You're better off waiting until you get to your final destination to eat."
"You don’t expect airport food to be great or cheap, but this place takes it several steps too far. The food is really expensive ($18 for everything) with pathetic portions for the price. The food doesn’t look anywhere close to what is depicted. I got the chicken tacos and the chicken was really dry with hardly any actual meat. The rice was undercooked. Beans were just okay. Next time, I’d rather have a cold overpriced sandwich from a Hudson News than eat here again. I’m honestly surprised they are still allowed to operate at the airport. The staff here is nice though, this is not on them at all. This is clearly a company that doesn’t care about anything other than squeezing out as much profit in each sad portion as they can."
"Purchased a bowl (that looked like a salad) for $20 and was extremely disappointed by the lack of flavour, quality, presentation and freshness—it wasn't worth $5, let alone $20. The quality was subpar, and it's surprising to receive such a poor meal especially at this price. This is my first negative review, but I felt obligated to warn others. I expected much better and won't be returning.""
"The line was very slow and service took a long time. About 15 minutes before I got my food. The refried beans were watery and lacked flavor. The rice was clumpy and had grains of undercooked rice throughout. I could not finish the rice. The burrito itself was alright, it had nice flavors with the pico de gallo and the chicken was tasty. The tortilla was chewy which made it hard to cut through. There are probably better and quicker places to eat before your flight"
