"I originally had 2 cars with Allstate. I sold one car, and called into the Allstate office to take the car off my policy. The lady at Allstate then tells me my insurance went down to $90.00 a month. I was excited to say the least. After I have been paying $90.00 for several months, I get a charge from Allstate for $160.00 without any phone call to say hey we are charging you more money each month, nor did I get a email saying we are charging you more money each month because of this. I call into Allstate and they said we raised your rates because you took a car off the policy. Then why didn't the lady tell me this when I took off my car off the policy? Mind you I have no tickets or accidents with Allstate. Poor Communication and Poor Customer Service."
