Chism Agency LLC - Farmers Insurance

"Had insurance through them at a good price. One month I got a text explaining my renewal price would go up to nearly $80, a 50% increase! I have no tickets, my driving mileage is extremely low,, my record is perfect, and my credit is above 600! I called to find out what was going on and was told the prices were just going up. By 50%?? I asked them to try to get me with another company as they were capable of doing so. They found me one that would get me back down to where I was but told me I had to wait. Well, the time came and my agent, Eveny, dropped the ball and didn't call or cancel anything when she was supposed to. Then she dropped the ball further and when she finally did cancel my old policy she did it in a way that made it so that she she tried to get me on a new policy, it looked as if I had no insurance... This means my previous quote was no longer valid and the price went up again. I love the owners of this agency as they have always been very respectful to me. But I cannot in any way recommend working with them while they leave Eveny at the helm of service as she does them a great injustice. She was irresponsible, didn't own what happened, and provided an awful experience. I will be looking elsewhere, sadly."
