"Stopped by to update my address and billing. The girl Dianna put me on her cell phone with someone she said can help me, but warned me her cell phone was dying. The guy on the other end Julio was rude and hung up on me when I inquired about life insurance for my minor. He acted like I was trying to set my daughter up. Hate Allstate as it is but will NEVER return to this location. Made sure to call the 1800 number and fill them in. Worst customer service I have ever received. Not professional at all."
"There are awesome staff in this agency, The one who offer me a great deal was Andrew before 4 years ago. I called couple of times and both of the times the agents are so professional, I called today and Vanessa was so knowledgeable and done a fabulous job, she provides me with a lot of great information about the insurance coverage, she tooks the time to repeat the information again to me me make sure it's crystal clear, I appreciate her a lot and I love having both Home and car insurance with this agency."
