"The lounge offers a charming atmosphere with a friendly bartender and a sweet buffet bar attendant enhancing the experience. However, the small serving sizes and the average quality of the alcohol were noticeable drawbacks. Additionally, while the service was generally good (especially lady who was refreshing buffet and bartender), it was hampered by a noticeably unhappy waiter who responded minimally to requests and gratitude. Despite these mixed experiences, the lounge has potential if it addresses the service inconsistency and portion sizes"

"This is the first Priority Pass lounge I’ve been to so my comparison is against Delta, Centurion, and Escape lounges. I am whelmed. It felt like an outdated diner inside. The lighting was too bright and it was a bunch of bench seating. The bathrooms also weren’t very clean. Positive note: the bartenders and staff were all very nice and helpful. Morgan was great. She was super attentive and friendly. The food was not gourmet but still plenty tasty. Overall I’d go back, but I’d lower my expectations when it comes to atmosphere."

"This is a really nice lounge in the D terminal. It has a nice salad bar and drinks. You can also order made to order dishes as well. The amenities were good with shower facilities. Definitely a good place before the flight."

"Located near Gate D33, this lounge has lots of space, however, when I entered on a Sunday at around 10:30 pm, the place was crowded as it seems like a lot of late night flights come out of this airport. Photos were taken before closing time. I don’t think it’s particularly dirty but they can do better with cleaning. Staff seems nice. I had dinner prior to coming to the airport so didn’t get the chance to try the food."

"They made us wait for 40 mins since we have loungekey and the lounge was crowded. Inside is pretty nice, plenty of wine and beer options. Snacks are good but would be much better if they would serve warm meals"
