"Purchased demo speakers and after sales support was not satisfactory. After having the speakers sent, I inspected and the condition was not as advertised. I offered to pay return shipping and they refused. They offered too pay for an automotive expert to work on the cosmetic issues of the speakers, which was my only option. Part of the speaker ports were also blocked so could not access them. The owner commented on how I got the speakers at a great price, but the price is irrelevant if the condition is not as expected. For the premium price paid for the speakers, the after sales service was terrible. Far too many better audio dealers across the US, so would recommend going else."
