"I brought my dog in the Chandler store this morning. They said bring your last records of Ruby so I did witch was from there. Then when I get there they wants all the records from three years ago. So I left went home called her old vet got an appointment for Monday. So if someone adopted a dog off the streets and they would not have any records they would deny them there shots? They don't care about the animals."

"Do NOT go here. Vet tech was VERY lazy, everyone seems like they don’t want to do their jobs. They Tried putting a muzzle on my dog after I specifically said he didn’t like it since he was NOT aggressive. He didn’t show any signs of distress they tried telling me about my dog before he even got to back even though he stood on the scale to weighed and walked to the back with the lady. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Referred me to a full service vet because he was “anxious” but when I drove to the GOODYEAR LOCATION which we love !!!!! They said they didn’t even try !! They did his rabies shot and disregarded their DUMB referral as he was not anxious. At the GOODYEAR location he didn’t want to leave the staff because he loved them so much. Please DO NOT go to this location. Nobody wants to work!! I only went because it was a last minute option as it’s the closest one to casa grande. POOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"

"The vet is unprofessional the staff was arguing before coming out from lunch. The Vet went to give my dog meds and hurt him and he barked at her. She made it seem on paper that he was a horrible. This place needs to shut down. I went to another place and my dog was fine it’s just that place. The Vet tried to mark my dog from ever being seen. I wish I never came to this place for any shots. I don’t even wanna give 1 star I need to give it a F."

"This place is a joke worst customer service(Brianna) so she said her name was , when I asked & worst Vet Caesar Ruiz DVM , I brought our two dogs in asked questions about the packages & Brianna said you’re asking to many questions maybe you need a full service vet, I explained I don’t need a full service I need simple vaccinations. We have a chihuahua that we rescued from lost our pets, she is has seasonal allergies in one eye. Brianna said, “we only vaccinate healthy dogs” Allergies are considered an unhealthy pet. ( she seemed rushed & upset with me asking any questions..mind you no one was even in line waiting..) We also have a standard poodle who was neutered a year and a half ago… , Brianna said she would consult the doctor,( my thoughts why do you need to consult for a surgery that we had over a year ago for simple vaccinations? ) after returning with the Veterinarian they both said they could not work on our poodle because he had a surgery 1 and a half years ago for being neutered & microchiped, I believe they were being bias, the ratings at this store are valid concerns, I asked why they were treating us like this especially with my son witnessing obvious bias mistreatment...Brianna said we asked to many questions & needed to leave, I asked for names & cards they refused give us, then I said I would be reporting them, she then told me we are banded for life to all Vetcos in the US & would be destroying our records that we payed for. I left with my heart racing, I was professional & kind, this place has had many overdoses & vaccinated reactions. I will be reporting the Vet & the vet technician to the board. I hope this keeps your dogs safe, in the end it was a blessing we love our fur family & would never recommend this place & now will band the entire place."

"I went to this vetco to get my puppy vaccined, was not aware I needed to wait 4 weeks for Vetco instead of the recommended time by our normal vet. I messaged Petco on Facebook privately to tell them they need to include that in their policy, because I had drove 34 minutes. Fast forward, it's next week, and I have a vaccine appointment with them for my cats. They are my husbands cats, not mine. He was told by the senior vet tech that the vet here would not see him because I talked to Petco previously. He said our puppy had Parvo? No? I have vet records from his normal vet saying he's healthy. I had a puppy die from Parvo over 2 years ago at our old house. A different Vet in Idaho helped us with that puppy, and it unfortunately ended in him dying after paying a lot to try and save him. The vet in Idaho did everything for him. Nothing to do with Petco. It's still very traumatic, so I'm not sure why he said that. After my husband explained this he still refused to see my husbands cats because I spoke to Petco on Facebook privately. Said it was a "review" please go somewhere else. This vet does not care about animals in my opinion. I will be reporting him to the BBB. Petco and Vetco has been contacted. Disgusting to deny low income families with pets services to be petty."
