"Literally heard my husband call this office today to get some information about possibly doing future business. He spoke with a man named Cisco. Not sure if this guy was having a bad day but he was extremely rude for no reason and hung up on my husband! Is this normal behavior for Bashas? Please retrain Cisco he just lost your company a possible business partner! More reviews from everyone that heard this conversation are on the way. I hope anyone thinking of doing business with bashas reads this review and can avoid doing business with Cisco because he seems impossible to deal with."

"I called this office today to speak to someone about getting our small business salsa into Bashas. I was transferred to a man named "Cisco". The lady that transferred me was nice and professional. When the man answered the phone he stated that his name was Cisco so I introduced myself as Gabriel. I explained to him that me and my family were interested in getting our product sold out of Bashas. He then tells me, well I'll be honest with you, I've never heard of you. I explained to him that it was my first time reaching out to him so I definitely didn't expect him to know of me or the products I was trying to sell. Then he tells me ok then, have a good day and hangs up on me!? My family and I are small business owners of multiple business. Im not sure who's above Cisco but he needs to be retrained on how to speak with future vendors professionally. I had him on speaker while speaking to him. My wife father and mother heard everything and couldn't really believe what just happened. Not sure why he hung up on me and can't believe that someone that holds such a position would ever be allowed to speak to future business partners with such disrespect and unprofessionalism! I would really hope that bashas would hold their employees at a higher standard. He's costing them money. To think that this is the "gatekeeper" that makes decisions on what brands he wants to allow in. Is this really who they choose to represent the company?!"

"Thanks to Diana -cashier in Tucson- who covered my bill ($20.44) as I had been hacked and all credit and debit cards were not functional. The next day I was able to go to Wells Fargo to pull out cash and returned her generosity (plus a little extra). New credit card/debit card in the mail and all is back to normal except that I have a new friend - Diana - customer care plus, personable, professional and just a kind human."

"Wonderful experience... If you are into Western history this is the place to read about why the artist painted a particular setting."

"The art is awesome. Old west paintings, sculpture, guns, pottery and baskets. Free entry. It included work from multiple artists. I highly recommend visiting here."
