"Edit: If you were suggested to use this product by Foothills Neurology, gliacin is owned by Dr. Eross, the owner of Foothills. He’s using his position at the clinic to fund his scam. Reported to the Federal Trade Commission. Dr. Scam-Ross is more appropriate. There is no evidence to suggest they’ve sent product in the last two years. Avoid at all costs, the product doesn’t exist anymore and Dr. Eross refuses to admit his company is a failure. Having the same issue as the review below. Zero stars is the appropriate rating here. My girlfriend ordered and was charged, and months later has not received any product despite emailing and texting multiple times. Her neurologist recommended the product so we trusted that, but man this place would be great if their operations team was half as effective as their sales team. Send the product that was paid for or issue timely refunds."

"Impossible to communicate with! It makes me wonder if they have ceased to exist! Boswellia Seratta is available from several suppliers and some of very high standardized quality too!"

"I placed my order at the end of December. The funds were taken out of my account immediately. I called and asked for status at the end of January and was told they were delayed. I tried to call again and my calls were avoided. I had my husband call right after me and his call was answered immediately. He told her I needed my meds. I got some samples but not enough. His calls are being avoided now. Now it’s the end of March and no more meds, no refund and no communication. Poor service all around! Good product though if you can get your hands on it."

"If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. This company charged my credit card for the product and shipping and handling. When I enquirer after a month when I could expect delivery, I received an extremely rude email in response. The “customer service” rep (if you can call the response I received service— it was more like abuse), lied and said the product had been shipped. When I asked when it had been shipped, when I could expect delivery, and if there was tracking number available, the rep stopped responding to my enquiries. I have requested a refund three times and have received no response. I will be reporting this company for fraud and seeking other means to retrieve the money that was charged me under false pretenses. I would not recommend doing business with this company."

"While the product is effective (and recommended by my neurologist), the customer service and timely delivery of product leaves A LOT to be desired. Wait times of longer than 6 weeks in some cases. Seriously, up your game."
