"Overall the store is very nice. However, I avoid shopping at this location because the front end customer service seems to get worse every time I shop there! This afternoon four employees stood around and watched in the general merchandise area, while customers waited in lines at the check stands. They could have at least bagged groceries to help the lines move faster! That's not a good look Fry's!"

"I have unfortunately had to frequent this pharmacy recently and can say that every time I come here and am helped by the short lady with short dark hair it is an awful experience. She has no customer service skills, and is extremely rude. She makes what should be the easiest, simplest interaction just frustrating and complicated. Today I had to walk away from her as I was so frustrated and annoyed with the way I was treated. She also provided me with incorrect information regarding my prescription, she told me it was special order only and that she would have to place an order... I mentioned I'll call another pharmacy and see if they have it in stock and transfer it over... she said that nobody stocks it and that wherever I go they will have to order. I called CVS anyway, and what do you know, it's in stock! Not sure how management can allow an employee like this to continue to hold a job here. Employees like this have such a negative impact on business... As convenient as this location is, I'll be transferring to a new, less convenient pharmacy."

"I arrived at 9:58, the employee with short hair and highlights asked me if I just came in through the front door I said yes and very rudely said they were closed and the door should have been closed. The fact that the door was not closed was not my problem. There are professional ways to tell your customers that they didn’t closed the door like they were supposed to"

"Staff at this pharmacy are often rude and short-tempered during normal everyday interactions, with one woman in particular being the most unpleasant. We’ve never once complained or caused any issue, and yet they’re so consistently nasty that my family tries to avoid calling in prescriptions at this location all together. Suffice it to say, if you have a bad encounter with these folks, just know the problem isn’t you."
