"Unfortunately the service here is terrible. The people are always nice in person, but must be understaffed because service wise, it is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Can never answer the phone, Will hang up on you, never call when promised for updates, never send alerts on the app, forget to refill prescriptions so you have to go in to get things resolved EVERY time."

Now they cant be bothered to answer the phone or return calls or fill prescriptions even. Not everybody has time to wait for their prescriptions on the spot"
