"My vet called in a prescription refill on a Thursday. Avrio called me to ask if I "actually" wanted it filled, and of course I confirmed. I knew I'd be in Scottsdale on Saturday (I live in the West Valley) so I said I'd pick it up then, to avoid their high shipping fees. I was told, "If we call you and say its ready, you can certainly pick it up." I replied that I'd be there on Saturday either way, that it seemed to me that 48 hours was long enough to fill a simple prescription. Sure enough, when I arrived on Sauturday I was told it "wasn't quite" ready. Wasn't quite??? I told them to cancel it and left, and my vet immediately made other arrangements. Avrio had messed up the initial prescription too, but I had chalked that up to a simple mistake. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Never again Avrio."

"Avrio is the best! We used to go to the Youngtown Pet Health Pharmacy because we live on the west side. We were so disappointed when they sent the business to Avrio because of the distance. They do offer shipping for a nominal fee, but I prefer to go pick them up myself. They are always accommodating by filling multiple scripts to have them ready at the same time. They usually have the compounded prescriptions ready the next day. Which, if you have a sick pet, is very much appreciated! The customer service reps that answer the phone are always very pleasant and helpful, as well as the staff working at the front counter. Thank you!!"
