"Loved the luxury seats and the chair service was great. This was my first experience with this atmosphere. I really enjoyed it. I had to watch 3 hours of Dune for my with....ugh but this place was great. They even serve alcohol."

"My wife and I visited here on our 14th wedding anniversary and found that tickets are only $5 every Tuesday! It was my first time visiting a movie theater in the USA, and everything was satisfactory."

"I did not have a great experience at this location. I used to frequent the Tempe location quite often and expected the same level of service from the Chandler location. We arrived 30min before our screening but were not greeted by a server until the start of the movie. The server was pleasant enough but my popcorn order came incorrect. They were able to rectify but not in a timely manner. A third of the movie had already elapsed before I was able to eat my popcorn. This was the last service interaction we had before checks were dropped at the end. In addition to popcorn we had also ordered sodas. Neither the popcorn and sodas were refilled during the entirety of the movie. We had put up our request card for refills half way through the movie and no one came to check on them. Our cards were still up when the server came to drop checks and were ignored. I am largely disappointed with service at this location."

"Our family has been coming here since they opened. Absolutely love it! My favorite is the no talking during the movie! It's also nice to be able to pick your seats and the location is great, avoiding the mall is priceless. The staff working the holidays were exceptional. Talking to them on the way out I realized a couple of them had worked doubles and they were still super friendly. Thank you to Lucas, Leanna, and Karissa for working Christmas Eve with a smile."

"You HAVE to request your food and drinks on a piece or paper and place it upright in front of your table. Sometimes you have to ask for service. Everything was good the popcorn and fountain drinks were unlimited. The food was good I had the fish and chips."
