"We purchased a system back in May 2022 and they did a good job installing all the new speakers since they replaced the built in system when we purchased the home. Unfortunately during install several issues happened, they broke our fire stick which they did promptly replaced, but more importantly they gave us a faulty receiver. The system would make anything we plugged in flicker like if a HDMI cable were loose and barely connecting. They came back several times to try and fix it and each tech blamed the other for not setting it up correctly. I finally convinced them to bring a new receiver only to be talked out of replacing it because they again fixed what was wrong in the settings. It has worked intermittently for the last few years as every time it was having an issue we replaced another fire stick. We have gone through 4 fire sticks in 2 years and we gave up recently and got a Roku streaming stick only to have it happen again to that two days after. Last time I contacted them was a year ago and they said that it was a firmware issue and to check there (it was already on Auto-updates) and if nothing they would charge $199 to have someone come out for an issue that I’ve been enduring for 2 years and I’m only writing this now because I’ve spent countless hours of watching flickering tv thinking it was just bad product from Amazon or bad cables to a PS5, Switch or XBOX but the common thread has always been the equipment we obtained during the installation."
