"lol wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars! They will lie straight to your face about prescriptions. Told me they didn’t even have a prescription that I had watched be sent in by my Doctor at 12:00 pm today. Called my doctor to confirm they did send a prescription and they re-administered a request. I came in at 4:00 to pick up knowing they probably wouldn’t have it ready because the incompetence is beyond me. Now here I am at 5:31 just now having them fill the prescription. I look at my prescription paper and it says here that it was requested by my doctor to be filled at 12:05 pm!! They waste your time and your doctors time while lying straight through their teeth because THEY are too lazy to fill orders. Don’t ever come here if you don’t want your time wasted."
"Multiple members of the pharmacy staff are not competent at their job. I had a simple migraine medication prescription refill and for some reason I was getting charged full price for a partial prescription. We did not know why, so after my wife picked it up, she went back to the counter and asked why it was only a third of the amount for the full price. The person decided to cancel the claim, take back the medication, and reprocess a new order with insurance instead of just answering the question, which made the order even more expensive. When I went back to clear it up, she blatantly lied, arguing that my wife told her to reprocess it instead of just fixing the issue. No one told her to reprocess the prescription with insurance, which pretty obviously means you don’t do that. I’m not sure where all the people at this location’s pharmacy possibly get their vanity from, but like other experiences I’ve had there, she acted like she couldn’t have possibly done anything wrong despite it being so obvious. I also went about a month ago to pickup a prescription for my newborn and they acted like they never got it and that we were ridiculous for saying the doctor put it in. We checked with the doctor and sure enough, they had put it in, but the pharmacy staff just couldn’t possibly be wrong so they made the doctor reorder it. Save yourself the time and trouble and use a different pharmacy."
"By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are always closed when they should not be and they are now finally completely closed. They send a message saying script is ready for pickup then just vanish. Not even bothering to send it to another pharmacy. Walgreen is supposed to be a pharmacy! That is their main function. They don't even have one right now and they don't even tell you they are closed or try to send your medicine to another location for you. They say "Hey come on down and get your medicine you need." No just kidding we are closed indefinitely. No help. They don't care. Put these guys out of business permanently for their utter incompetence and complete lack of caring."
"Every other Walgreens Pharmacy I’ve been a customer of has amazing, helpful, professional, courteous staff. The pharmacy at Indian School and 24th street has the rudest pharmacy staff I have encountered anywhere. Not just a one time experience either, several times. From helping a friend with stage 4 lung cancer fill prescriptions to filling my own, all I have experienced is attitude, unprofessionalism and a complete lack of empathy for people, let alone those dealing with an illness. Don’t bother them with questions and don’t ask them to repeat themselves if you are in the drive through and can’t hear them talk through their poor audio equipment. They are not shy about being disrespectful to their customers. In fact they must foster an environment where it’s encouraged to treat customers poorly. It’s more than one employee. Use any other Walgreens for your prescriptions, except this one."
"Diana and the entire pharmacist team by far has been rude, unhelpful and impatient. When help was needed for us to get the medicine they didn’t help or do anything to speak with someone regarding the prescription. Definitely will tell relatives to not come to this pharmacy."
