"I don’t feel the need to leave negative reviews often but I feel this needed to be said. The worst pharmacy ever! They seem to have their own hours they often close 30 minutes before the actual hours online. They refused to fill a prescription 45 minutes before closing once that was needed, they had not like what’s so ever, I told them I would come back, they refused."

"They finally had my medication instock today, it’s been a while since any pharmacy had it. The pharmacist was very informative on my new medication and she took the time to talk to me about the potential side effects"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy had SO much attitude. If a car pulls up and you have time to rudely tell them they pulled up 30 seconds before closing, and you don’t get paid after 8pm, you have time to help the customer. Very rude, unprofessional, and schooling us that the RX had been ready since 3pm, when in reality we didn’t get a text till after 5 and have a toddler and baby, and his response to us having kids was “good for you, Dobson will be happy to service you”."

"Drive through pick up for prescriptions was an awful experience! I waited in line for 35 minutes only to be told that the insurance for 3 of the 4 scripts I was picking up hadn’t been run. I had been notified that these were ready. Clearly they were not. The person at the window told me I had to go to the back of the line while she corrected this. I explained that I had already been in line for 35 min and would like to wait. She began yelling at me telling me I had to go to the back of the line or come inside. I told her I was just going to wait. She then proceeded to yell to tell me that she was not going to run the insurance on the prescriptions until I went to the back of the line. REALLY??? In the time she spent yelling at me, she could have finished the job of running the insurance that someone on her team forgot to do. There is absolutely no reason that any employee should yell at a customer or threaten not to do something for them unless they go to the back of a line to wait another 30 plus minutes. I’ll never go back to this location even though it is only a mile away from my home."
